But here's what I've learned from watching brilliant executives try to do strategic work at 2am: Nothing kills momentum faster than realizing halfway through that you can't access the platform you need, or you forgot where you saved that document, or you're trying to remember which email you used for which account.
So we're doing this once. We're doing it right. And then you never have to think about it again.

You've got your Command Center doc created and you can log into all six platforms. That's it. You don't need to understand them yet. You don't need to be "good" at them. You just need ACCESS.
Lock Down Your Privacy
Listen. Your strategic intelligence is YOURS. Nobody else's. Here's how to make sure it stays that way.
Privacy Checklist:
ChatGPT: Go to Settings → Data Controls → Turn OFF "Improve the model for everyone"
Claude: Settings → Privacy → Disable training on your conversations
Gemini: Activity controls → Turn OFF Gemini Apps Activity
Command Center: Set sharing to "Only you" (don't make it accessible to anyone)
Master Documents: Same deal—keep them private until you choose to share
This is executive-level work. Treat your intelligence like the asset it is.
PACK YOUR BAGS
Before you move to the next lesson, take a breath. You just built your strategic infrastructure.
Reflect on this:

What If Something Didn't Work?
Real talk: Sometimes platforms are down. Sometimes sign-ups are weird. Sometimes technology just doesn't cooperate.
Here's what you do:
- Note which platform isn't working in your Command Center
- Move forward anyway—you can troubleshoot later
- The other platforms will cover you until you get access
- If you're really stuck, you can always substitute (ChatGPT ↔ Claude, for example)
Don't let tech issues stop your momentum. Note it and keep moving.
