WHO IS SUSAN HEARN

I'm Susan Hearn. I've been walking with technology since the 5th grade in the heart of Silicon Valley — seeing what's next before it arrives and building with it while everyone else is still deciding whether it's real.

I went on to work with BET Networks, the CROWN Act, National Action Network, and Fortune 500 brands you've heard of. But by 2007, I was commercializing AI — and later advising brands in rooms you don't get invited to on social media strategy before most companies had a playbook. When ChatGPT dropped, I wasn't learning. I was adding it to the arsenal.

I chose a different path when everyone else was safely in corporate. And the power players who've known me for years — the ones who watched me walk in this space long before they got here — they all say the same thing: she's walking in her purpose.
